Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Notice: We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure our team can adequately manage orders, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy: All sales are final once the order has been fulfilled and the lei has been received. We cannot issue refunds after the lei has been delivered or picked up.

3. Modifications: If you wish to modify your order, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
